This is a South American restaurant, not a cheap night out (100 pesos for two) but definitely worth a visit, it wasn&#39;t on our itinerary but we were passing by and decided to give it a try and it turned out to be the right choice.

I will leave Santiago in the evening, so I came to fulfill this wish at noon. The restaurant is decorated very lively, and it was almost full around 2 pm. There is no English menu here, but there is a waiter who speaks great English. The menu is only symbolic. The restaurant&#39;s menu is different every day, and lunch and dinner are also different. Lunch is determined by the ingredients delivered in the morning, and the ingredients for dinner will not be delivered until the afternoon. The restaurant ensures that every ingredient is the freshest! Chilean beer is mellow and rich, but the price in the restaurant is four times that of the supermarket. The sea urchin is original, sweet and delicious. The biggest difference from Japanese sea urchin sashimi is that the live sea urchin is directly taken out, washed and served on a plate, without adding alum! The cheese-baked scallops are crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, and the price is expensive. The soft-fried cod is tender and served with mashed potatoes. The best is the slow-cooked beef brisket, a main dish similar to molecular cooking. It is different from the common beef cooking method in South America. The whole cooking process takes four or five hours. It is tender, fresh and fragrant, and melts in the mouth. I originally wanted to eat lamb legs, but the kitchen only prepared beef brisket early this morning, which is an unexpected gain.
